Kill and Chill is me — AJ. When you call, I'm the one who answers, and when we book a job, I'm the one who turns up. I started this business in Hornsby because I kept seeing the same thing: people paying franchise prices for a different technician every visit, and nobody explaining how to stop the problem coming back. I wanted to do it the other way — one person, accountable for the whole job, who tells you straight what's needed and what isn't.

These days that's everything from German cockroaches in restaurant kitchens to termite barriers on new builds around the Shire — I'm a Termidor-accredited applicator, and NSW EPA licensed. A lot of my work is people who've been stung before — by pests, or by pest companies. So I quote before I start, I turn up when I say I will, and before I leave I'll show you what I found and how to keep it from coming back. The name is the promise: we kill, you chill.
